Homeowners in Partner Communities receive exclusive discounts on Pella products and services. Partnering with Pella helps your residents access the highest quality windows and services with special pricing. These discounts may vary by season, but HOA Partners always get excellent deals. Discounts may be for a percentage of a project, a fixed dollar amount, or some other promotion, often saving thousands on a project.
Community Event Sponsorship
Pella sponsors quarterly events for our HOA Partners. Events can include an ice cream social, summer BBQ event, Holiday Wine & Dine, Easter Egg Hunt and more. We work with HOA communities who opt-in to the event sponsorship to create a great event designed specifically for their community. HOA Rebate Program
By partnering with Pella, many HOA associations are eligible to receive a rebate of 5% of all sales in the community that originate from their partner website. This is an easy way to earn extra revenue to improve your community by either upgrading facilities, adding features to common areas or sponsoring events. Pella is dedicated to improving communities and this is an exciting way to give back to our partners and improve communities throughout North Texas.
BENEFITS TO YOU
Your HOA will receive a 5% commission for each sale referred from your community. We will come out and set up a table at your community events to offer on-site convenience for homeowners researching replacing windows and doors, allowing you to have a worry-free partnership, completely staffed by Pella, while supplementing the HOA’s monthly income, without increasing dues to your homeowners.
