"This was our second time using Pella Windows. We had them installed in our previous home about 15 years ago, so we were already very aware of the very high quality of workmanship as well as the excellent customer service Pella provides throughout the process. Our current house was built in the 1960’s and as far as we can tell, still had the original aluminum windows, so it was definitely time for an update. Our salesman this time around, Mike O’Malley, was very helpful and easy to work with. He took the time to explain the different product lines, and made suggestions for what would best suit our home and our budget. He also offered great solutions for some odd sized windows we have, including installing a large picture window in our kitchen/breakfast area that gives us a great framed view of our backyard. We settled on the Lifestyle Series Wood Windows, in natural wood color, and had two follow up appointments to take measurements and test for lead..

Our installation crew was led by a man named OC. He and his crew did an exceptional job during the two day install. They were on time and kept us informed about what part of the house they would be working in and how the job was going. They were also very respectful and accommodating on some needs we had as far as our dogs being in the house. OC has been doing this for a long time, which shows, and he and his crew left no detail untouched.
